PBA - indicates the goat is registered with the Pygora Breeder's Association registry. The PBA registry does not accept any Angora/Pygmy crosses (Pygoras) with a linage that contains colored Angoras. (The PBA does not like non-PBA goats to be called Pygoras.) For more on the PBA visit http://pba-pygora.com/.
PCA - indicates the goat is registered with the PCA (formerly called the Pygora Colored Association) registry. The PCA registry accepts all Angora/Pygmy crosses that do not qualify for PBA registry (the two registries are mutually exclusive). No goat farm would be complete without the services of the dutiful goatherd dog. In mid-2007 we rescued a very large, completely deaf St. Bernard named Grizwold (Griz, for short). Griz spends hours laying at the gate into the pen watching his new babies. Here is Griz on duty....
